Heat 3.5 gal water to 160-165 and add to mash tun

Add grain to bag and mix well. Steep for 60 min with lid on.

Sparge with 3 gal 168 F water
4.
Cool with immersion wort chiller
5.
Oxygenate with paint stirrer and drill
6.
Pitch 2 packets of proofed safale s-04
