Special Instructions
1.Mash at 156F for 60 Minutes
2.Steep chocolate and carafa lll separately (@155 for 25min)
3.Cut and place vanilla beans in bourbon for 5 days then add all to secondary

I haven't actually brewed this yet, but plan to in the next couple weeks. Have a coffee milk stout in primary right now
