Hopefully a nice toasty lager with a balanced maltiness. Never used Vienna as my base malt, should be interesting, may consider it for other styles too (SMaSH IPA etc) if I like it. Using black malt extract (non branded similar to sinamar) instead of carafa, about 15ml.
