Single infusion mash 1 hour at 170F (should have gone 140 for 10min then raised to 158 for remainder); lauter with 175F. Obtained 6 gallons of wort.
Used 1.5 gal sparge water at 170F; then collected two runnings of wort at 172F and sparged.
