Couldn’t get all grain out, reduced amount of usable wort to fermenter15 minutes protein rest at 120F62 minutes sugar conversion at 150-160F15 minutes bring wort to boil.Post boil gravity (before chill) 1.064Final gravity 1.061Time to chill 18 minutes
