Sat in basement at 56-58 F from brew date till today. Had trouble getting siphon started for DH, May have some oxidation. Produced a lot of trube, hopefully not off flavors from this. Note more spicy black pepper like flavor from added rye, Columbus settlement might also have contributed to that. Notice a cleaner taste using Vienna rather than breadlines of 2row. Unfiltered haze appearance. FG 1.014 for abv of 6.2% (OG-FG x 131) DH two days then keg by Wednesday.
