Started with 14 gallons distilled water.. added .5 tsp cac03, 1tsp baking soda, 1.5tsp gypsum, 1tsp cacl,1.5tsp epsom salt to get water chemistry where i wanted it..
did a batch sparge instead of fly psarge. efficiency still came out good..
Racked to secondary 8/26 added peach and mango puree
Added 3 oz amarillo on 9/10
kegged on 10/1. 3 weeks in secondary probably too long but had no available kegs.. we shall see.
