Started with 14 gallons distilled water.. added .5 tsp cac03, 1tsp baking soda, 1.5tsp gypsum, 1tsp cacl,1.5tsp epsom salt to get water chemistry where i wanted it.. did a batch sparge instead of fly psarge. efficiency still came out good.. Racked to secondary 8/26 added peach and mango pureeAdded 3 oz amarillo on 9/10kegged on 10/1. 3 weeks in secondary probably too long but had no available kegs.. we shall see.
i added .5 gallons water because of low yield.. dropped OG from 1.085 to 1.065
put 6.5 gallons wort to boil, but only got about 4 gallons post boil.. topped it off with a gallon of water to compensate lowered my OG to 1.045
added 16oz tanzanian cold brewed coffee in secondary
