Notes:

this is pretty good.. was hoping for exceptional.. went a little nuts with the grain bill.. after adding the maple syrup the OG skyrocketed to 1.105. The 10% ABV is a bit much for my liking.. 8% would have let some more of the flavors come through. Definitely pushed the envelope here..
