American Pale Ale, 5:15 PA not PM is what I called this one. Came out very good, had friends over for the brew day and tap party. My friends loved it and so did I. My friends left that day at 5:15 pm hence the name. 5:15 Pale Ale. In reference to the song "It's 5 O'clock Somewhere" I don't know about that but it's "5:15 Here".
