wort g = 1.045 added 1/2 lb DME to get required 1.060 pre boil G.
pre boil 1.06 g need 1.063 added 6.3 oz DME. - June 9 secondary 1.032 dry hop - June 20 cold crash 34 -
16lb grain x 2% = 5 oz water for conditioning. transferred to secondary 4/7/17 gravity 1.035 dry hopped with 2oz Mosaic
added hops directly to boil. had to add 1lb DME to achieve correct OG. chilled in fermenter over night to let hops settle out, lost at least 1gal wort in primary fermentator. Pitched yeast 9/26/16
1.044 sparge 1st 1.03 2nd sparge 1.044 pre boil. Post boil gravity 1.055, pitched Headwaters yeast 7/20, set fermentation temp at 18c or 64.4F. , crazy activity had to replace bubbler with blow-off tube. Transfered to secondary 7/28 gravity = 1.01. Aug 21 dry hopped (hop tube). Aug 28 transferred to keg FG1.002 color is almost clear (not happy with hop tube)
