Treat 1 gallon of warm tap water with one campden tablet, allow to sit for 1 hour prior to use. In your primary fermenter add 4lbs of honey of your choice and just enough warm water to dissolve the honey. Measure out Fermaid K and DAP, divide into 5 equal parts.
