Hidromiel con flores (malva, rosas, calendula, hibisco, manzanilla y lavanda) y miel de milflores. Hervir 5 litros de agua y poner 20 sobres de infusion (10 10) y las flores. Dejar durante 15-20 minutos. Mezclar la miel con el agua infusionada cuando baje a 50ºC. Dejar enfriar, meter en garrafa y cuando baje a 25ºC añadir la levadura rehidratada media hora antes. Fermentar durante 1 a 2 meses. Meter 20 sobres de infusion en una garrafa y trasvasar de primario a secundario. Dejar durante 2 meses hasta embotellar.
