Used 7 gal distilled water Added cold H2O to top off Refract OG - Brix 23, 1.096 FG- Brix 12.9, 1.051 ABV- 9.23%
Grew cascade and nugget. Will try to scale recipe for pure fresh hop beer Mill was broken at MoreBeer, so used their crappier one and it didnt work so well. Added an extra lb of grain to try to make up for it, but no luck. Should still get >6% though.
