Continuing UK hops experiments, this time subbing "most" of the hops in an NZ pils for UK varieties, but keeping some Nelson Sauvin because its qualities are irreplaceable (OK so Riwaka does it v well but expensive). Hopefully not too earthy...

Long boil and poor extraction. Used Crisp Hana malt....heritage malt that maybe led to poor efficiency.
