Using a Brewer's Edge Mash & Boil I was only able to get the OG to 1.060 on this first attempt. I mashed at 150 for 75 min, batch sparged then boiled for 75 min. The wort was very tasty and sweet. Am excited for this batch to be complete. Will give tasting notes once it's kegged.
