pale ale version 1
Barley, rye, oats, rice, and wheat? Sounds like a healthy beverage to me! Update, Dec 2013 - recipe needs tweaking. Too much grain bitterness (rye out of balance with other malts?)
1 gallon pale ale
Intended to be a low hop, sweeter beer using Muntons American Style Light Pre-hopped LME. No additional hops added. 11/17/2013: tastes best around 45 deg. I plan to make this cat again!
