My friends provided me with a mix of hops that are all grown together so I'm assuming that there's an equal mix by weight. I went to FH Steinbart and picked up some "artisan" malts. Troubadour malts have very strange descriptions so they're worth a try. Opal 44 is supposed to taste like almond roca so how can you not try it?
