Strike with 3.4gal, add 6g CaSO4, 2g CaCl, and 10mL phos to mash. Target 154F. 6 gal sparge to 5.00 pH. Copper up to 7 gal, add 5g CaSO4 to BK. Boil 75 minutes. KO@65F, oxygenate wort, pitch WY1275.

Had to be careful not to boil over, used much lower heat. Brewed 3 gallons in 5 gallon pot on a propane burner. Took hours to cool, even with chilling 2 gallons and setting in snowbank. (maybe use frozen gallons of water next time?)
