hazy ipa - first crack at one. Hops added in whirlpool and in separate additions in active fermentation. Using Omega yeast.

Water additions are all in grams. Mashed at 155. Hop additions are flame out but quickly reduced to 180 and then second round at 140. Soft crashed to 50 on 9/11. Raised back up to 60 and added 2nd dry hop on 9/13. 2nd Mosaic dry hop is cryo.
