Citrusy, tropical fruit IPA with pine overtones.
IPA featuring Irish Ale yeast and Galaxy, Motueka, Waimea and Kohatu hops. ** Update - 1098 British Ale yeast sub for unavailable 1084 Irish Ale yeast. White Wheat sub for unavailable Carawheat. Crystal 20 is actually 15, no 20 available.
Still trying to improve process, now better mash out and sparge temp control. Now cooling fermenters in water bath. Mixing up hops a bit in this one for fun and to use some Citra that I have.
