Water Profile 10g Calcium Chloride 2g Epsom Salt 2g Gypsum 8g Lactic Acid (Originally 4ml)
Expanding hops experience with Warrior and Chinook. Going for lighter color, still complex, lots of bitter but also hoppy. **Turns out new process produced 1.8 gal or so, no 1.5, so numbers adjusted.
Ended up with 12 gallons in fermenter. Sampled FG on 3/6/19, 10 days after fermentation. FG was 1.008. Added dry hops.
