Brya steyle. B2. 25 gal * 60% loss = 15 gal. OG 1.066. FG1.028/1.003 (1.028=4.9?v, 1.003=8.5?v). striped with no backings to about one gal at 55?v. Spirit with spring water. This was bad. probably needed to be striped with 1 plate. threw it all in backings.

bring 10 gal to boil and then add 20 Ibs of corn. OG 1.081. FG 1.018. put a little over 1 gal of backings into wash before running striping. stip only. Jar 3 was good. this was strip only. See B2SSA and B2SSB for the two different types of spirit runs.

FG 1.018. put a little over 1 gal of backings into wash before running striping. spirit run with 2 gal. of the Wash and 1 gal of the stripping run=B2SSB This is B2ssA, but with water in the spirit run instead of mash. This did not turn out well.
