Notes:

Tried the last bottle, 9 months since brewing. Very nice aroma, dark chocolate and some blackberry. Nice tan head, smooth, rich mouthfeel. Some bite to the bitterness, (Note high cohumulone of Pacific Gem). Nicely complex blend of bready, chocolate and slight blackberry flavors. Very enjoyable. Might brew next with different bittering hop but still use Pacific Gem for late addition.

Notes:

2nd keg tapped. Creamy thick head, blackberry, dark caramel, roast. Very smooth, clean on pallet. Excellent beer!

Notes:

Nicely balanced, smooth, blackberry, malty, chocolate, moderately bitter, very enjoyable. Maybe add some earthy, spicy hops next time to add complexity.
