Boil wort 90 minutes

Ferment at 53F for 10 days; raise to 70F for 4 days

Cold crash at 32F for 2 days; keg, carb burst, then lager 30 days
6.
(Original recipe called for 16 days at 49F; 2 at 72F then lager)
