- US, Brown Sugar - US, Fermentis Safale US-05 Homebrew Yeast, Ginger, Orange or Lemon peel.
10% - Caramel/Crystal 40 - US
4% - Caramel/Crystal 60 - US
Fermentis Safale US-05
Put lemon peel and ginger root through food processor
Steep grains, ginger and lemon peel for 1 hr
Bring to boil and stir in sugars
