I don't know, I still sense and taste something spicy!! Like a Saison. Not sure I like it but can't figure it out. first taste seems to be ok.

Harrison and I keg up the beer. He turned the valves. Great specific gravity. Tasted very good. No bitter finish.

Drained out trub with help from Harrison. He still likes to turn the small tap. Got his arm wet. Knew he did wrong and cried. Not much lost. tasted good. Semi sweet no bitter finish. 1.01
