Special Instructions

Add all extract and honey to hot water. Mix until dissolved.
2.
Boil, adding hops at time specified.
3.
Cool wort until it hits 90-ish degrees F.
4.
Add yeast. Then place into a hot water bath, ideally around 110-120 F, for a few days.

    If you boil the honey it will lose all its flavor. Best time to add it is at flameout, then cool wort quickly. Brewdog333
