Special Instructions

1.
Add malt extract to 3.5 gallons of water
2.
Bring to a boil and add hops
3.
After 30 minutes boil, cool to 68 F and pitch yeast
4.
Shake 100 times to aerate
5.
When fermentation slows, boil 2 gallons of water
6.
Add pureed apples, oranges, coriander, and cranberry puree
7.
Cool to 68 F and add to fermenter
