Notes:

Transferred to keg using DH3K as filter for hops. FG 1.034 / 8.5 BRIX per refractometer. Calculator says corrected readings are 1.014 FG / 3.66 BRIX, 7.07% ABV. Weird off-flavor from hot, uncarbonated beer - Way less pleasing than last sample.

Notes:

Refractometer reads BRIX 8.8 - Calculates to FG of BRIX 4.4 / 1.016 FG. Big hop presence with tons of fruit notes.

Notes:

Added 4oz DH charge 24 hours after brew finished. Fermentation is highly active.

Notes:

Mashed 11/29 as part of double-batch. 11.5 gal yield at 1.073 OG / 18 BRIX and split into 2. Left to sit overnight @ ~100* with plan to boil next day.

Notes:

Brewed 11/30 - Just under 4 gal yield @ OG 1.068 / BRIX 16.6 (gravity readings fell as temp fell - previously thought samples cooled immediately when put on refractometer, but this would indicate otherwise). Lost probably 1/2 gal to trub and a bit to boil-over. Just over 30 min boil. Put into ferm chamber at 95* to crank out esters from Pog kveik.
