Ferment at 68 f for 5 days then dry hop with 3 oz mosaic and 3 oz amarillo

Raise fermentation and day 5 to 74 F for 4 days.

Keg and carb to 3.4 C02 volumes

Mosaic and Amarillo to be wirlpooled at 180 F for 20 min.
