Mash 4 gallons with 0.8g Gypsum and 1.6g CaCl

Sparge 1 gallon with 0.2g Gypsum and 0.4g CaCl

Add whirlfloc and yeast nutrient with 15 minutes left in boil
5.
Candi syrup and spices go in at flameout for 10 minute steep
