Mostly the same as 2019 but a 5.25 gallon batch with single temp mash at 148 (ended up being 150) and slightly different hop additions due to differences in the AA. Perhaps due to the higher mash temp, the OG was only 1.069/1.07 instead of closer to 1.08. Used wort chiller to bring wort down to 90 degrees before transferring to fermentation chamber set to 40 degrees. Once wort was down to 60 degrees, pitched yeast.
