Special Instructions

1.
Caramalize pumpkin by spreading on baking sheet and baking for 1 hour at 350
2.
Add pumpkin and Dark Brown Sugar to boil for the full 90 minutes
3.
Pie spice tincture: 3tbs of pumpkin pie spice tincture with 12 oz of vodka. Sous Vide for 3 hours at 145F
4.
If needed: add 1 oz of tincture to keg, add more to taste.
