Special Instructions

Add Irish Moss at 15 minutes until flameout.
2.
After 10 days, start soaking oak chips in just enough rakia to cover them.
3.
Transfer beer, oak chips, and rakia to secondary after 2-3 weeks.
4.
Bottle when target taste is achieved, usually 1-2 weeks.
