Mash temp went straight up to 75c by accident! Then I followed the below Mash steps. Made a 2L starter 24 hours before. Adding to wort took it to 28L. OG 1044 FG 1010 =4.4%. This is above the 3.5% stated below.

Notes:

Tastes very much of the grain. Slow to clear. It is improving with a slight Pilsner taste but disappointing at present. 42 days after brew day.
