Going for a lighter colored easy drinking ale. this is based on the Sazzy Blonde Ale I made that was very popular with mates that are not big on craft beers.

This recipe was cloned from Sazzy Blonde Ale.

Special Instructions

1.
heat 3.5 cups of water to boil and add 1 pound of rice, stir for 15 minutes and add to mash
2.
mash grains with rice for 90 minutes with 2 gallon of water, rinse grains to collect 4.5 gallon
3.
boil for 60 minutes at low boil, if boiling aggressive start with about 4.5 gallon of mash, add hops at intervals
4.
cool and collect 3.5 gallon
