Special Instructions

1.
Macerate dried cherries with 2 liters of the first runnings of wort
2.
Add maple syrup (about 375ml) last 20 minutes of boil
3.
Add cherry wort for last 15 minutes of the boil

Notes:

Smooth vanilla and a touch of cherry, but the cinnamon is too strong (now adjusted a half a stick, but perhaps 1 cinnamon stick but for more like 4 days would be better).
