A variation of one of the National Homebrew Big Brew Day recipes (Pointon's Proper). Our homebrew club KC Nanobrews hosted a big brew day on May 4th and I brewed this. I had to change the malt profile to what my local brew shop carried and substituted the hops for what I had on hand.
