Very active fermentation, almost blew the bucket top, had to put blow off tube in bucket. Time to get a bigger bucket. Whew that was close!!!lol 12-07-21....Added 2 LBS. of White Wheat, Reduced a LB. each of Marris Otter and Pilsner

Notes:

Rich, malty, caramel beer with a little spicey fruit from the yeast, with medium body. It's been bottle conditioning for well over a month, one of my best so far.
