This beer is designed to replicate Bass beer. I have done this once before and it's very close. Bass beer appears to vary from commercial brewers but this was close to one I had on tap at a bar. Adjust fermentables based on your equipment to come close to Recipe Facts.

Heat 3.5 gallon of water for mash and mash at 152° for 60 minutes

Heat 5 gallons of water to 175° and sparge grain, collect 7 gallon
