1.Mash grains at 152? F for one hour.
2.Boil for one hour adding hops at schedule and cocoa last 10 minutes of boil.
3.Once beer goes in secondary add vanilla extract and adjust to taste.
4.Bake coconut in oven at 170? F until golden brown, be sure to toss around every 10 minutes to toast evenly. Add Coconut to secondary
5.Over next 7 to 10 days sample beer adjusting vanilla, cocoa and coconut taste. add chocolate extract if more chocolate is desired rack when coconut has reached level you want.
