Adjusted mash temp and acid malt. Will brew and update.
Notes:
Thin mouthfeel. Probably should either mash higher, or achieve a high OG. Also, very slightly acidic. I will cut the acidic malt in half next iteration. Acid level might be good for a slightly higher mashed beer.
