3% - Caramel/Crystal 60 - US
3% - Chocolate Wheat Malt - DE
3% - Lactose - Milk Sugar - US
Wyeast Irish Ale 1084
100% filtered NYC tap water.
Blend 2 cups rice w/ 8 cups water, 2 cinnamon sticks.
Add 1 whole vanilla bean split down the center.
Allow to steep for at least 3 hours.
OG: 1.061 (post horchata addition)
