Special Instructions

  1. 4 oz. cacao nibs and 2.5 oz medium toast oak cubes
  2. Soak oak and nibs in bourbon one week, add to secondary
  3. 3.33 oz Sumatra coffee, make cold brew 24 hours
  4. Add coffee at bottling/kegging
  5. Bottle with 3.33 oz corn sugar
  6. Age beer 4 weeks minimum
  7. Hopheads=double 60 min. and 15 min. hop
  8. Hopheads= or just urinate directly into wort

    I made this beer and tried it after 1 month. It was pretty good. I then tried it 3 months later and it is amazing! Everyone who tries it loves it. I will be making 10 gallons of it next time. Cheers

    I opened a one year aged bottle recently. Smooth......... And will be watching for you guys in January 2020. I am also brewing another batch this spring so I can age it over the summer and be ready for October.......
