Special Instructions

Mash @ 149F for 75 min
2.
Sparge @ 168 (SLOW RUN OFF) (Collect 6.5 gallons of wort)

Boil for 75 minutes

At Flameout - add whirlpool hops
5.
Let stand for 30 minutes
6.
Chill Wort to 54F, Aerate, Transfer to Fermentor, & Pitch Yeast
7.
Allow temp to rise to 64F - Allow to sit for 3-7 Days after fermentation
8.
Finishing - 9.5 oz of corn sugar 4v of CO2
