That sounds too technical for my little brain. 1. Blond, Strawberry Blond or Red head. (Red head is my favorite) 2. I don’t mind her hopping around a little but not to hoppy and definitely don’t want her to be bitter, no beatches allowed 3. I’m not familiar with Malt, is it like Tinder? Her profile should be on Facebook though and more of an English background 4. Although we’d all love a 10, I’m sure we all could agree that at our age and our condition something around a 5.5 would be great. 5. I have always been curious about belgian women

Special Instructions

Mash @ 154 for 60 min
2.
First wort Hop (1 Oz) during sparge
3.
Boil 60 min. Add
4.
2 Oz sweet dried Orande peel and .5 Oz crushed coriander
5.
& 1 tsp Irish moss To last 15 min of boil.
6.
2nd Hop Add 2 Oz last 5 min & 5 Oz @ flameout.
7.
Chill to 68, whirlpool put into Fermenter and add T-58 yeast

Notes:

Mill didn't work properly had to open gap to .45mm to get it to crush. Therefor efficiency went way down and my 5.9% beer ended up 4.3%. The good news is a taste even before carbonation tells me this is going to be real good once carbonated..
