Techinque will be to create this one large batch, and using the first runnings and probably a small amount of the sparge to create the RIS. Rest of the sparge will create Mini-me. RIS to be boiled in 5gal pot, Mini-me in normal 1gal pot. Mini-me will be first to start and finish. RIS will follow and be cooled the same. Before pitching, aerate the wort with O2 kit for both brews. RIS will need 1.5 packets of the yeast, Mini-me will have 0.5.
2 gal kettle evaporation rate: 0.625 gal/hr using 23 total cups (to the bottom of the rivets)
5 gal kettle evaporation rate: 0.792 gal/hr using 32 total cups (2 gals)
Runoff is 4 gals total
Sparge with 3 gals
