2020 Version - Outstanding hazy and zesty New England Pale Ale using 2-Row, Maris Otter, Flaked Oats and Wheat and a little color from Crystal 20. Late and dry hopped with Amarillo and Citra. Finally, zested with orange to freshen and accentuate the citrusy hops.
1.Add zest from four oranges when fermentation slows considerably.
2.Soak zest in mesh bag in vodka 24 hours before addition.
3.Add dry hops in mesh bag with zest addition.
4.Leave in primary to finish before conditioning.
