1.Add zest from three oranges when transferred to secondary after soaking in vodka 24 hours before.
This was my first attempt at an all grain brew and it is awesome. Much better than my previous all extract and partial brews. Very smooth, very quenching. I'm brewing again right away as this will not last long in the keg. The orange zest with a hint of wheat turned out extremely well. Give it a try as a first all grain brew. You won't be disappointed.
