Special Instructions

Try sparge at 185deg (stiring in between). slowly draining (with vorlauf)

Add 0.5 oz lime zest, 0.1 oz lime leaves, 0.1 oz sage to boil 5 mins.
3.
Substitute with any witbier yeast.

When kegging at more tinctured sage as needed, to taste.
